About this notice
This notice explains what information the Achievers website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers this website and its forms. Achievers accounts will have their own privacy terms, which we will publish before accounts open.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus basic technical information needed to run the website.
- Early access: how you will use Achievers, your name, email, optional phone number, the checks you expect to use and, for organisations, the organisation name, your role, sector and expected monthly volume.
- Business enquiries: your name, work email, optional phone number, role, organisation, sector, expected volume, interests and any message you write.
- Support requests: your name, email, optional phone number, topic, optional request reference and your message.
- Disputes and complaints: your name, email, optional phone number, the service involved, optional reference, your description and any documents you upload.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use form information only to reply to you, to handle your enquiry, complaint or dispute, and to contact you about early access if you asked us to. We record your consent when you submit a form.
We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and protect the forms from abuse.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the website. They process information on our instructions only.
- Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request logs.
- Google stores form submissions in Google Sheets, uploaded documents in Google Drive, and sends our team an email alert through Gmail.
- Google Analytics measures which pages are useful, only if you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them. Dispute records are kept for as long as the law requires for complaint handling.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also object to how we use it.
To make a request, use the support form in our Help Centre and choose My account. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Keeping it safe
Form data travels over an encrypted connection. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
