Questions about fees and payments
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Is VAT included?
The review screen shows the fee, the VAT at 7.5% and the total separately, so you always know what you are paying for.
What if a check fails?
If we cannot complete a check after you pay, we refund it to the way you paid, through Paystack. The refund shows on your receipt.
Do businesses get invoices?
Every payment has a receipt with VAT shown. Organisations running checks every month can ask our team about invoiced billing.
